Are the sneakers authentic?
Yes. All products are authentic and purchased from authorized resellers. If you have doubts in authenticity of your product, please reach out to us so we can investigate, and, if needed, exchange or refund your pair.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All Sales Are Final
When will I get my order?
Custom sneakers are hand-made to your order.
Creating custom design involves many steps to guarantee quality. Please allow 4-5 weeks to finish and ship out your order.
If delay occurs, we will contact you with up to date information.
Express TurnaroundÂ
Select Express Turnaround at the checkout to put your order to the front of artist's queue and have it finished in 2-3 weeks.
Shipping time
Shipping takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
We do not allow refunds or exchanges as per our T&C, because every product is made to order. All sales are final.Â
We may make refund/exchange under Purchase Protection, based on our evaluation.
If you placed an order for a wrong size, please contact us immediately to change it.
If you placed an order by mistake, make sure to contact us within 24 hours with cancellation request - otherwise we can not cancel the order.
My order has shipped - What's next?
Orders are shipped with tracked courier shipping. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS for shipping to the US.Â
You will receive an email with the tracking number when your shoes are shipped. Please be sure to receive your package on the delivery date - we are not responsible for stolen packages.
What is Express Turnaround?
When you select Express Turnaround during checkout, we put your order to the front of our queue with highest priority, and will normally have it finished and shipped out in 2-3 weeks.Â

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We will use DHL carrier.
Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. As they are location dependent we cannot confirm how much these charges will be. The customer will be contacted directly by their local customs team to make payment. If this payment is not made the package will be destroyed and we will not be able to offer a refund.Â
My delivery is delayed, what to do?
During some periods, like holiday season, delivery delays beyond our control may occur, because postal network is overloaded with packages. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience.
If you received tracking information and would like to get updates about delivery, the fastest way is to reach out to the shipping provider (USPS / UPS / DHL/ Fedex) to inquire about shipment status.
You can also reach us via email - we will check the package status and reach out to shipping provider if needed.

We kindly ask for your understanding, that postal delays are out of our control, and if the package has been shipped out within advertised turnaround time, we can not issue refunds on orders that are already in transit to you.
